​Rules

1. This competition will be conducted for senior college for under graduate and post graduate  students.

2.  The short film should be of 5-10 minutes.

3. Students may work together in groups but submit entries as individuals.

4.  The short film should have a script and story. It should have characters

5. It should not be a documentary or informative film.

6. Participants should compulsory come with their college identity card.

7. The judging panel decision will be final.

8. Judging will be based on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme.

9. Every short film should have a moral.

10. Languages allowed to use in the short films are English, Hindi & Marathi.

11. Ensure that all contents in your film are your own. If you include any copyrighted content you must be able to provide written permission for its use.

12. There should be no violence, no double meaning dialogues, no adult scenes and dialogues. Entries containing any unauthorized content will be disqualified.

13. Films should not promote illegal behavior.

14. Short film should be self created.

15. In case of any copyright issue participants will be fully responsible for this and the short film will be disqualified from competition.

16. All rights will be reserved to vivekanand college for this competition.

17. All the expenses have to be beard by the participants.

18. Students should keep at least one copy of their video for backup.

19. Prize money will be awarded only to the student registered.

20. Teams or participants should submit their short film and fully filled entry form before 14th April 20232 in the vivekanand college, kolhapur
